Day 1: Isebania Border to Serengeti N.P. – Arrival & Game Drive
Meet and greet at the Isebania border and transfer to Serengeti N.P. Begin the evening game drive as you travel to your camp. Overnight at Mawe Tented Camp on full board.
Day 2: Serengeti National Park – Full Day Migration Tracking
Full day game drive at Serengeti N.P with the option for an early morning Balloon safari. The Serengeti is renowned for its annual wildebeest migration and large predator population. From February to May, a herd of over a million wildebeests migrate to the Western corridor of the park in search of greener pastures. Other common animals include lions, leopards, zebras, Thomson's gazelles, impalas, Grant’s gazelles, and buffalos. Most of the park is open grassland broken by isolated granite kopjes and patches of acacia woodlands. Overnight at Mawe Tented Camp or similar Tented Camp on full board.
Day 3: Serengeti to Ngorongoro Crater – Wildlife Viewing & Departure
After breakfast, drive to Ngorongoro Crater for a full day game drive on the floor of the crater. Lunch boxes will be provided. One of the world's largest calderas at 20 km wide, Ngorongoro Crater is also one of the best wildlife viewing areas where Black Rhinos can be seen in Tanzania. The crater at 2,286m above sea level is the largest unbroken caldera in the world. Surrounded by very steep walls, rising 610 meters from the crater floor, it covers 260 sq km and is home to over 30,000 animals, almost half of them being zebra and wildebeest. Ngorongoro is listed as a World Heritage site. Depart for Arusha and transfer to the airport for your next destination.
